Yarrowia lipolytica genome browser

We have set up a genome browser for the published sequences of the oleaginous yeast Yarrowia lipolytica. This includes the original Y. lipolytica CLIB122 annotation (Dujon et al., 2004) as well as additional tracks with a novel, RNAseq based structural re-annotation with AUGUSTUS, as well as tracks with functional annotations with blastP and InterProScan and for protein localization (SignalP and WoLFPsort).

Cutaneotrichosporon curvatus (formerly known as Cryptococcus curvatus)

Cutaneotrichosporon curvatus is an oleaginous yeast that can be isolated from various habitats and is capable of producing substantial amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids. We sequenced C. curvatus and set up a genome browser featuring a variety of structural and functional annotations. The reference sequence is as well available at DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank under the accession LDEP00000000. The functionally annotated genome in gff format can be downloaded here (Ccurvatus.tar.gz approx 500 Mb), but should best be viewed with the genome browser.
